How we take call-in orders, returns, and install bookings.

To fulfill special-order or non-stock parts on time, a deposit is required at purchase.

• A minimum 50% deposit is required for parts ordered specifically for your vehicle or project.
• Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been processed with the supplier or manufacturer.
• Full payment may be required up front for custom, specialty, or high-value parts, or at our discretion.
