Deposit Policy for Parts

To ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of your order, all special-order or non-stock parts require a deposit at the time of purchase. Our deposit policy is as follows:

-A minimum 50% deposit is required for all parts that are ordered specifically for your vehicle or project.

-Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been processed with the supplier or manufacturer.

-Full payment may be required upfront for custom, specialty, or high-value parts, or at our discretion.

-Deposits secure your order and placement in our fulfillment queue but do not guarantee exact delivery timelines, as these may be impacted by supplier availability or shipping delays.

-If an order is cancelled before it is processed, we may issue a refund minus any administrative or restocking fees, subject to supplier terms.

-We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to get you the right parts, on time, and with care.

Return Policy

At Racine Motorsports, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Items may be returned within 5 days of purchase.
Restocking Fee: A 40% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
Condition of Items: Products must be unused, clean, scratch-free, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Automotive parts that have been installed, test-fitted, or removed from original packaging are not eligible for return.
- Any tires that have been mounted or any rims that have tires mounted

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

Cancellation Policy

At Racine Motorsports, we appreciate your business and understand that plans can change. To help us serve all customers efficiently, please take note of our updated cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. Short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 48 hours of payment. A 5% administrative fee applies to all approved cancellations unless a replacement product or service is arranged. After 48 hours, orders are considered final and are non-refundable, as processing and fulfillment begin immediately.

Product Availability

In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable before shipment or installation, we will contact you to offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
